Visit Our Family's Café

Hall Home Place’s café is located in the scenic Hall’s Orchard of Isle La Motte. The café is attached to one of the historic stone houses built by James Ritchie, a Scottish stonemason, in 1828. The stone in the house was quarried on the island. Ancient coral reef fossils can be found in the stone.

The property has been in our family since the late 1700s, and different generations of Halls have been cultivating apples and pears since the orchard was established. We opened the café in the summer of 2008 – we hope to serve customers like you for many generations to come!
